Free delivery is available within 30 miles of Lipan. Our standard delivery zone covers approximately a 40-mile radius. If your postcode is outside this area, please contact us for a delivery quote.
Weather Policy for Outdoor Easter Events
For safety reasons, outdoor setups will be cancelled if the forecast shows a 40% or greater chance of rain. In this case, you may reschedule your booking for a later date, subject to availability.
If delivery has already taken place and rain begins, full payment remains non-refundable. We also cancel setups when sustained winds reach 25 mph or higher.
Cleaning and Inspection Standards
All inflatables are cleaned and sanitised after every rental. Items may also be spot-cleaned on site as required. Each unit is inspected before delivery to ensure it is ready for safe use.
